So, I’ve made it back to Ukraine. We had a pleasantly uneventful trip from Canada to Odessa with my fellow teammates and have settled right back into life here! I’m definitely enjoying being back in a Russian-speaking part of the world and, as always, am fascinated by life here :)
Most nights we meander our way to the Black Sea. It’s a nice walk and a fun time to hang out with the Hope House girls and speak some Russian!

Katya and Tanya posing oh so stylishly
Girls at beach on rock
Masha and Lena kicking it at the Black Sea
Ducks en route: Part of life in Fontanka :)
After a long week of work, we were able to take a day and wander Odessa.

Ukrainian fashion never ceases to amaze me. Check the heels! I would die in these!
The mighty falcon man! Apparently it’s super cool to pose with animals here. Who knew!
Odessa skyline reflected in some reflecty windows. I’ll wave at you if you can find me! :)
Big old ship in the harbour!
Some trains and stuff. I just like the look of it :)
The height of fashion in children’s hair styles! :)

Rooftops!
Locks on the love bridge :)
More graffiti
And more graffiti!
And so, life is going well here. I'm tired, but having lots of fun and getting a lot of work done! :) I have 2 more weeks here, so I'm sure I'll get more photos for blogging! :)
